The company Fölmli Treuhand AG was founded in 1999 by Rolf Fölmli (certified fiduciary expert). Rolf Fölmli started as a single person and with increasing experience and expertise was able to grow steadily with the company.

In August 2017, Rolf Fölmli sold the company Fölmli Treuhand AG to Fabienne Ott-Ducrey (certified tax expert and audit expert FAOA) as part of succession planning. With Fabienne Ott-Ducrey, Rolf Fölmli found a person he had known for years and who has since continued to run the company in his interests and that of all employees. Following the sale of the company, Rolf Fölmli continued to support Fölmli Treuhand AG for another five years to ensure the seamless transfer of the mandate.

After five years under new management, we now feel that the time has come to change our appearance and to present tried and tested solutions in a new look. The company Fölmli Treuhand AG now operates under the name Onestra AG. Our values and services remain unchanged.
